Roni Dot’s two greatest loves are music and theater.
The combination of these two worlds lead her creation, forming a new and refreshing indiepop electronic sound.

The previous album “What may come” (2017) tells a tale of a woman who asks direct questions about  life, love,obsession, frustration, motherhood and dreams -all in a unique bittersweet-humoristic style.

 

The band consists of three male musicians emphasizing the feminine leadership, soft but biting, delicate but forceful.

We can also tell you that behind the musician there’ a truly activated and ideological woman, that dedicate some of her eforts for Environmantal issues globally and localy.

For several years Roni Dot was on the board of directors of SHAHAM- Israel’s actors guild, initiating major changes in the everyday life of actors/actresses with special focus on prevailing sexual harassment.

In addition to Dot’s musical career, her theatrical experience consists of dozens of Theater plays, musicals, Cinema and TV projects and also performances in significant festivals in Israel ((Haifa international festival,Ein-gev festival, Acre festival, Nisui Kelim festival etc) and around the world (Germany, Serbia, Romania, Kroatia…)
Dot’s theater Nominations include Best supporting-actress in Israel’s ASSITEJ National Children’s Theater Awards 2009 and best supporting-actress in Israel’s Fringe Theater Awards 2012.
